From June 1st – 30th we’re hosting Bovada’s first ever Progressive Knockout tournament series. Swing into action, protect the bounty on your head, and watch as bounties get bigger as players chalk up the KO’s. Make June a month to remember while taking aim at $4.5 GTD in prizes. There’s more than 100 Events during the month of June, so you’ll be able to choose your action day and night.
HOW DO PROGRESSIVE KNOCKOUT POKER WORK?
Bovada PKO Series works as follows:
- A portion of the buy-in goes to the standard prize pool.
- The remaining of the buy-in funds each player’s initial bounty.
- Anytime you eliminate a player, you pocket the displayed bounty amount, and that same amount is added to you own progressive bounty.
Qualifiers will start running on June 1st, so you can play your way in before the big money starts rolling. Including the Tune-Ups and special Events, the PKO Series coming in hot with over $4.5 Million in guaranteed prize pools and buy-ins starting at just $7.70.
The PKO Series Main Event – $250,000 GTD ($125 Progressive KO) starts at 15:00 ET on Sunday, June 27th. Buy-in for the Main Event is $450 ($425 + $25) and $125 of it will go towards the bounty.
The PKO Series Mini Main Event – $100,000 GTD ($30 PKO) also happens on Sunday, June 27th with a $100 + $9 buy-in. Plus there’s a PKO Series Early Bird Main Event – $10,000 Gtd ($25 PKO) with a $75 + $7 buy-in, kicking off at 7:30 AM ET.
