I fell back to earth last week after a stellar 8-1 the week before. While it’s not very good at all, I had a better week than Tiger Woods did… But then again, if Tiger is feeling sorry for himself, all he has to do is count his money (or what’s going to be left of it). Even John Daly is telling Tiger he’s embarrassing the tour! Good Lord….. Anyway, on to the picks. I’m not a NSAWins.com pro handicapper, just a blogger for FSR.
Last Week 4-6 (40%)
Season 46-45 (51%)
Thursday 12/3
Buffalo plus 3 – In what should be a close game, I’ll take the Bills and the points. The Jets won’t be able to count on an off-the-ankle-interception-for-a-touchdown in this game, so I’ll go with the home dog here.
New York/Buffalo Over 37 – The game will be indoors in Toronto and be ideal conditions to throw the ball.
Sunday 12/6
Pittsburgh minus 14.5 – Big Ben returns and they desperately need a win to keep the wildcard spot. They need a tomato can to play to right the ship and who better than the Black and Silver on their second long road game in a row.
Tennessee plus 7 – Titans are on a roll and Indy has been playing with fire for several weeks now and this game isn’t as important to Indy as it is to Tennessee. I’ll take the points in what could be a very competitive divisional game.
Washington plus 9.5 – Look, I know the Saints were impressive on Monday but they may have an emotional letdown and take Washington lightly. The Redskins have a better defense than New England and has been playing people very tough lately.
Dallas minus 2.5 – I think these are 2 teams going in opposite directions. The G-men have some serious issues this year and while the girls are always capable of self-destructing, I think they can smell the division and I like them in this spot.
Denver minus 5 – The Donkeys came back to life last week by dominating the G-men and look to keep winning to secure a playoff spot. I think they parlay that huge win with another in KC.
Monday 12/7
Baltimore plus 3 – Baltimore has the ability to take advantage of Green Bay’s weak pass protection and get to Rodgers and I don’t see them running on the Ravens either. I like the Ravens here getting points.
Green Bay/Baltimore Under 43.5 – The under play is still in vogue on Monday nights.
