Chicago Bears at Minnesota Vikings 2010 NFL Predictions, Odds, and Picks Week 15:  Head football coach Lovie Smith with take his division leading Chicago Bears on the road to TCF Bank Stadium to take on the Minnesota Vikings on Monday Night Football at 8:30 PM ET.  The Bears are 9-4 1st in the NFC North while the Vikings are 5-8 and 3rd in the black and blue division.  The game was meant to be played in the warm confines of the Metro Dome but due to the roof collapse has been moved outside to the University of Minnesota’s outdoor stadium and the temperature is forecasted to be about zero.  It’s a pleasant change from the constant chatter about Brett Favre, and now with he and Tarvaris Jackson injured its either Patrick Ramsey they just picked up or rookie Joe Webb a 6th round draft choice from UAB.   “Joe Webb had a good day today,” interim coach Leslie Frazier said Saturday. “He really seems as if this whole thing is not too big for him, and I’m really looking forward to watching him on Monday night.”  The odds makers at SBG Global have the Chicago Bears -8 point favorites on the road against the Minnesota Vikings.

The Bears are coming off a butt kicking at home 36-7 by Tom Brady’s New England Patriots moving them to 6-6-1 ATS for the season.  Quarterback Jay Cutler completed 12 of 26 passes for 152 yards and a pick.  “We played really good football up to this point,” Cutler said. “We’ve got to learn from this. We’ve got to get ready to play Minnesota.”  Chicago is 6-1 SU in its last 7 games on the road and the total has gone UNDER in 4 of Chicago’s last 5 games on the road.  Vegas odds makers have the Chicago Bears as +2500 odds to win the 2011 Super Bowl.

The Vikings lost their last game 21-3 at Ford Field in Detroit against the New York Giants to move to 5-8 ATS for the season.  Quarterback Tarvaris Jackson completed 15 of 30 passes for 118 yards and an interception before Joe Web came in late and was 2 for 5 for 8 yards.  Adrian Peterson was held to just 26 yards on 14 carries.   This just in;  Brett Favre will throw in pregame and see if he can play! Minnesota is 2-4 ATS in its last 6 games when playing Chicago.  Vegas odds makers have the over/under for the total score at 33 points combined of the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings.
