Bet On Dallas -3 vs Detroit The Cowboys enter this game 1-2 overall after losing 24-13 last Sunday at Seattle. The Cowboys find themselves in almost a must win situation this week with 4 of their next 6 games on the road. They are -3 point home favorites this week against a Detroit Lions team coming off of a big 26-10 win last Sunday night at home against New England. The win was the first for head coach Matt Patricia but a little bit of fools gold as New England is nowhere near the dominant team they have been in recent seasons. Look for the Cowboys to win this one comfortably as the Lions defense will have a hard time containing Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliot in this one.
Bet On Chicago -3 vs Tampa Bay This is an interesting matchup between two improving 2-1 teams that have looked a lot better then expected so far this season. The Bears come in off of two wins in a row including a come from behind 16-14 win at Arizona last Sunday. The Bears fell into a quick 14-0 hole but rode their dominant defense the rest of the game to pull out the close one. Meanwhile, the Bucs lost 30-27 on Monday Night at home vs the Pittsburgh Steelers in a game they fell behind 30-10 before almost pulling off the huge upset in the 4th quarter. Look for the Bears defense to once again steal the show in this one and cool off a Bucs offense that has been high scoring in all 3 games so far. Lay the points.
Bet On Atlanta -5 vs Cincinnati The Atlanta Falcons come into this week seething after losing 43-37 last Sunday at home in overtime to New Orleans. The Falcons couldn’t protect a 4th quarter touchdown lead late in the game and ultimately lost a division game that would have put them at 2-0 in the division early in the season. They now get a 2-1 Cincinnati Bengals team that is on the road in the South for a 2nd straight week after losing 31-21 at Carolina last Sunday. The Bengals have looked solid so far this season and much improved over last year’s dreadful squad but they will have a tough time this week on the road against an angry Falcons team. Don’t look for the Falcons to drop a 2nd straight home game and they will keep their foot on the gas this week.
