New York Jets @ Buffalo Bills UNDER 41 The betting line on this week 1 NFL matchup opened with Buffalo a -6 point favorite on the spread and the total was over/under 43 points. The vegas sharps(aka professional bettors, wiseguys) have already moved the line to Buffalo -7 and over/under 41 with some heavy volume on the Bills and the under. The Jets have no quarterback and will struggle to score all season long and Buffalo has a new defensive minded head coach looking to make a strong debut. On the flip side, Buffalo is nothing great on offense and the Jets strength is on the defensive side of the ball. Look for a low scoring game with a heavy dose of three and outs and runs that will make this one a snooze fest. Bet the UNDER 41 and make some money on this line move it moves any lower.
Seattle @ Green Bay OVER 49.5 The betting odds for this week 1 matchup at Lambeau Field have the Packers as a -3 point favorite and the total at over/under 49.5 points. The lines on this game have held firm as Green Bay opened as a -3 point favorite and the total opened at 49. We are putting in a bet on the OVER 49.5 for this game at Bovada.
The Packers offense could be tops in the NFL this season if everyone stays healthy as Aaron Rodgers is the most talented quarterback in the league and he has a new toy in tight end Martellus Bennett. The Packers should be able to move the ball and score the ball at will this season and that includes against the Seattle defense. Seattle’s defense is still one of the best in the NFL but it’s not the dominant unit it was a few seasons ago in our opinion. Add that to the fact Seattle has a great offense too and they are going up against a suspect Green Bay defense and we love the OVER.
