The Auburn Tigers beat the LSU Tigers 24-17 to remain as the lone unbeaten team in the SEC but still have Ole Miss and Alabama on the road and Georgia at home left on their schedule. The Oregon Ducks drubbed UCLA 60-13 to remain the lone undefeated PAC 10 team and No. 1 but still have to play the hot USC Trojans. The Big 12 is down to one unbeaten as the Missouri Tigers upset the Oklahoma Sooners 36-27 at home to stay perfect. The Big 10 also still has only one undefeated team as the Michigan State Spartans came from behind at the Northwestern Wildcats 35-27 to stay perfect and atop the Big Ten. The Texas Longhorns dropped out after their 3rd loss in 4 weeks 28-21 to Iowa State as did the West Virginia Mountaineers after a 19-14 Big East conference loss to Syracuse at home. USC Trojans moved back in the rankings but it could be a short stay as they play the No. 1 Oregon Ducks this weekend at home in Los Angeles for one of the weeks featured games. Another top matchup has the No. 4 Michigan State Spartans on the road at No. 19 Iowa Hawkeyes that are coming off a loss to the No. 9 Wisconsin Badgers. Finally No. 5 Missouri Tigers travel to play the No. 14 Nebraska Cornhuskers in a Big 12 battle to remain undefeated. Vegas odds makers have the Nebraska Cornhuskers a -7 1/2 point favorite at home against the Missouri Tigers.
