NSAwins.com has posted the College Football Top 25 AP Poll for Week 4 of the 2009 NCAA Football season and there have been some major moves at the top and bottom of the poll. Florida State is back in this week’s poll as the #18 ranked team after soundly defeating last week’s #7 ranked BYU team 54-28 on the road. The blowout loss knocked the Cougars down 13 spots to #20 in this week’s AP Top 25 poll. Pete Carroll’s USC Trojans also were knocked down the ladder in this week’s poll, as the Trojans were dropped from #3 to #12 in this week’s poll after losing 16-13 at unranked Washington this past saturday. The shocking win by the Huskies impressed the pollsters enough to reward Washington with the #24 spot in this week’s AP Poll.
