2015 Free College Football Picks – 3 Late Info College Football Predictions 10/31/15

Florida -2 over Georgia – The Florida Gators can wrap up the SEC East Division title due to tiebreakers with a win today over the Georgia Bulldogs in Jacksonville and that’s exactly what we see happening. Florida is a small -2 point favorite and come into today’s game 6-1 overall after dropping their first game 2 weeks ago against LSu 35-28. The gators have had 2 weeks to prepare for this game against Georgia and their defense should be the difference in the game as they should be able to hold down a Bulldogs attack that was held to just 9 points in their last game 2 weeks ago in a 9-6 win over Missouri. Florida is playing it’s second game since it’s starting quarterback Will Grier was suspended but they’ll be facing a Georgia team that’s banged up in the backfield and should have trouble keeping drives alive today against a stout Florida defensive front. Take Florida -2 to the bank today.

Massachusetts +1 over Ball State – This is a matchup of two of the MAC’s worst teams but don’t let Massachusetts’ 1-6 overall record and +1 underdog line fool you today. They are a better team than Ball State and they are not as bad their record indicates. Umass was up big 28-10 last Saturday at home against a Top 25 Toledo team but fell apart in the 2nd half and lost 51-35. Umass showed it has enough talent to hang with good teams but hasn’t been able to carry that thru for an entire 60 minutes this season. They have lost to three talented teams in Toledo, Bowling Green and Notre Dame but have found a way to score 27 points or more in all three of those losses. Umass should be able to put up a big number offensively today against a 2-6 Ball State team that’s allowed 113 points over the last 3 games. Play Umass +1 today as they will win outright against a terrible Ball State team that has no business being favored today.

Oklahoma -39 over Kansas – This game will get ugly real quick today as Oklahoma will have it’s way early and often against a brutal Kansas team. The Sooners come in 6-1 overall and firing on all cylinders offensively as they have put up 63 and 55 points in their last two games against Texas Tech and Kansas State. The Sooners offense is rolling as they posted 617 total yards in a 63-27 win over Texas Tech last week and 568 total yards in a 55-0 win over Kansas State the week prior. The Sooners should keep it rolling big time today against a 0-7 Kansas team that’s allowed 500 plus yards in all of their games this season and has given up an average of 45 points per game this year. We will frankly be surprised if Oklahoma doesn’t win this game by 7 touchdowns minimum as they shouldn’t need their punter all day and their defense should completely swallow up an awful Kansas offense that hasn’t even totaled 300 yards offensively in three of their last four games. Lay the points and Oklahoma should lay the wood.
