2015 College Football Week 9 Odds & Lines – Opening Betting Odds for College Football Week 9: The early opening college football betting odds for week 9 of the 2015 season have been released and are open for betting in Las Vegas and at the online sportsbooks. The week 9 schedule gets underway on Thursday, October 29th with the biggest Thursday night schedule of the season so far as there are six FBS division games scheduled.
The week 9 college football action kicks off Thursday night with six matchups all being conference affairs. The power conference matchups on Thursday include North Carolina at Pittsburgh, West Virginia at TCU and Oregon at Arizona State. The odds for these three power 5 conference matchups have North Carolina listed as a -3 point favorite, TCU as a -14 point favorite and Arizona State as a -2.5 point favorite. The other three matchups on Thursday have Western Michigan as a -20 point road favorite at Eastern Michigan, Buffalo a -8 point road favorite at Miami Ohio and Georgia Southern listed as a heavy -21 point home favorite against Texas Southern.
The week 9 college football action also has a busy Friday slate scheduled as there are four FBS games set to kickoff this week on October 30th. The odds for these games have Louisville a -12 point favorite on the road at Wake Forest, East Carolina a -7 point road favorite at UConn, Louisiana Tech a -12.5 point road favorite at Rice and Utah State a -28 point home favorite against Wyoming.
On Saturday, October 31st there is a big board scheduled on Halloween including some real marquee matchups that should have bettors excited. Some of the top games on the schedule Saturday that have us the most excited and anticipating the most are Notre Dame as a -10 point favorite at Temple, Mississippi as a -7.5 point road favorite at Auburn, Oklahoma State as a -3 point road favorite at Texas Tech, Florida as a -2.5 point home favorite against Georgia and Clemson as a -10 point road favorite at NC State.
