2015 College Football Week 2 Odds & Lines – Opening Betting Odds for College Football Week 2: The early opening 2015 college football odds for week 2 have been released in Las Vegas at Wynn and online at 5Dimes Sportsbook and are now available for betting. Week 2 has a lot of non conference matchups on the schedule but there are a few in-conference matchups on the slate including a few SEC matchups. The 2015 College Football week 2 schedule kicks off on Thursday with one matchup scheduled as Louisiana Tech goes on the road to battle Western Kentucky at 8PM EST. The opening line on that game has Western Kentucky listed as a -2 point favorite.
In Friday night action there are two in-state rivalry matchups on the schedule this week. Miami-Florida goes on the road to battle Florida Atlantic with a kickoff scheduled for 8PM EST. Miami-Fl has opened as a strong -17.5 favorite. At 9PM EST, Utah State goes on the road to battle thee Utah Utes fresh off of their impressive week 1 victory over Michigan. Utah is listed as a -11.5 point favorite over Utah State Friday night.
There is a full schedule of games set for Saturday, September 12th and there are some very intriguing non-conference matchups we are excited about. Bob Stoops’ Oklahoma Sooners will have a tough road test in week 2 as they travel to Tennessee to take on the improving Volunteers with a kickoff set for 6PM EST. This game is currently listed as a pick’em at 5Dimes.
Another non-conference matchup in week 2 we simply can’t wait to watch is the matchup that sees the Oregon Ducks on the road to battle Michigan State. What a fabulous matchup. Kickoff is set for 8PM EST and Michigan State has opened as a -3 point favorite.
Of course, last but not least, we cannot close this week 2 odds preview without talking about the nation’s best football conference. The SEC opens up league play on Saturday with three league games on the schedule. Les Miles’s LSU Tigers go on the road to take on Mississippi State with a kickoff set for 9:15PM EST. LSU is listed as a -3 point favorite. Georgia is also on the road Saturday as they take on Vanderbilt at 3:30PM EST. Georgia has opened as a -19.5 point favorite. Kentucky will also be on the road Saturday as they take on Steve Spurrier’s South Carolina Gamecocks at 7:30PM EST. South Carolina has opened as a -9.5 point favorite at 5Dimes.
