NFL Power Rankings – Week 11, 2010

Rank/Team/W-L/Last Wk

HEAVYWEIGHTS

1. Jets 7-2 (2) Winning ugly, but winning.  Their win vs. NE is the only reason they are ahead of the Pats.

2. Patriots 7-2 (10) I guess the Browns game was a trap game after all…  the win in Pittsburgh re-established their strength.

3. Falcons 7-2 (6) Best of the NFC, I need to see more on the road before I put them any higher.

4. Eagles 6-3 (9) Making a case for NFC’s best… Fat Andy has em playing at a high level.

5. Packers 6-3 (7) Injuries are not an excuse and they are proof of it…

6. Colts 6-3 (8) Manning and 4 receivers off the street are still getting it done.

7. Ravens 6-3 (3) Defense let them down in Atlanta. Of course, they blamed the refs as they always do after they lose.

8. Steelers 6-3 (3) Didn’t look too special Sunday night, did they?

9. Giants 6-3 (2) Perhaps the G-men got fat on a weak schedule….  ran into a buzzsaw in the Jason Garrett-coached Cowboys…

10. Saints 6-3 (5) They are finding out it’s a grind trying to defend…  but don’t sleep on these guys.

MIDDLEWEIGHTS

11. Bucs 6-3 (15) Not going to be a contender for the title, but their coach has done a great job with this team.

12. Bears 6-3 (17) Enjoy it now Bear Fan, it won’t end pretty.

13. Chargers 4-5 (14) Still the favorite to win the AFC West in my mind.

14. Raiders 5-4 (13) I don’t trust them, do you?

15. Dolphins 5-4 (16) I’m warming up my throwing arm and taking my talents to South Beach to play QB.

16. Titans 5-4 (11) Falling back to the pack quickly…

17. Chiefs 5-4 (12) I have no love for Little Hoodie, but Haley’s act after the game was childish and he came away looking like a whiny little bitch.

18. Jags 5-4 (23) Need a few more Hail Mary’s & some Our Father’s too  to finish with a winning record.

19. Browns 3-6 (18) Found a way to lose that one against the Jets….

20. Seahawks 5-4 (25) So far, the best of a bad bunch in the NFC West.

21. Texans 4-5 (19) You have to bat down the Hail Mary….oh oh…maybe not…

22. Rams 4-5 (22)  Still in the hunt, but next year will be their coming out year.

23. Vikings 3-6 (21) Turn out the lights, the party’s overrrrr….

LIGHTWEIGHTS

24. Cardinals 3-6 (24) If I don’t win that QB tryout in Miami or Carolina, I’ll take my talents to the desert…

25. Niners 3-6 (28) How does this team not win more???

26. Broncos 3-6 (29) Will the real Donkey’s please stand up?

27. Redskins 4-5 (20) If you don’t like how the QB plays, why the hell did you reward him with a new contract?  What am I missing?

28. Lions 2-7 (26)  Ugggh… you go to OT against the Jets and can’t beat the winless Bills?

29. Cowboys 2-7 (30) It couldn’t be that cut-n-dried and simple with Son of Bum out and Garrett now in, can it?

30. Bengals 2-7 (27) The Ship of Tools sails on….

31. Bills 1-8 (32) Congratulations, you escaped the rock-bottom.

32. Panthers 1-8 (31) Welcome to your well-deserved spot here in the toilet, it’s been a franchise-wide effort to get here.
