THE PIGSKIN GUY’S Free Football Picks for Saturday 12/19/09
Fresno St -10.5(College) – Wyoming has no business being in a bowl game. They are 6-6 and get outgained by an average of over 100 yards and outscored by an average of over 10 points per game. They are terrible I’m sorry. Fresno St should run wild over Wyoming and blow the Cowboys out going away.
Dallas +9(NFL) – The Cowboys have been brutal the past few years in December and New Orleans is gunning for a perfect season. That smells of a Saints blowout right? As Lee Corso likes to say, not so fast my friends! The Cowboys will come to play and have the offensive firepower to match New Orleans score for score. The Cowboys defense is pretty good and should keep this one close throughout. I look for a Saints win by 7 points or less.
THE PIGSKIN GUY’S Free NFL Picks for Sunday 12/20/09
Pittsburgh -1 – Pittsburgh has too much pride and veterans to simply lay down and quit on the season. Pitt keeps it’s slim playoff hopes alive with a gritty home win over a pretty good Packers team.
Buffalo +7 – Not only will the Bills cover but don’t be surprised if they win the game outright. They should have beaten New England in week 1 and now they can enact some revenge by severely crippling the Pats chances at winning the division with a win over New England in cold Buffalo.
Miami +4 – The Dolphins are as gritty as they come and have been fighting tooth and nail to somehow win the East and get back in the playoffs the past month. I look for the Fish to win this game or at the very least lose by just a FG.
Oakland +14 – The Raiders are getting a ton of points here and I don’t think Denver is good enough to lay 2 TD’s against anyone. The Raiders will want to ruin Denver’s playoff hopes and will come to play sunday.
49ers +9 – The 49ers can still get in the playoffs if they win out and will give Philly all it can handle sunday. Take the points.

Giants -1(Monday Night) – The Gmen absolutely MUST win this game and will pull out all the stops. Plus, how can anyone put their cash on Jason Campbell and Jim Zorn? Not me.
